Nick sees a chance to rebuild more than a house, but first they have to get past the fears they brought with them.

Sprinkles on Top centers on Holly Marshall and lawyer Zack Winston. Holly has a colorful, free-spirited style, while Zack is more structured and careful. Their mismatch gives the final book a lighter opposites-attract setup, though the series still makes room for the emotional honesty that connects all three romances.

Sugar Springs works well for readers who like a welcoming town, capable heroines, and romances that grow out of shared history. The characters' lives overlap, so reading in publication order gives the best view of the town and its changing relationships.
