Turtle Island Books in Order

Turtle Island is a contemporary romance series set on the Georgia coast, where beach weddings, ferry rides, holiday events, and ocean views provide the backdrop for complicated love lives. The series starts with Ex on the Beach. Wedding planner Andie Shayne has built a business around other people's happy endings, even though her own engagement ended badly. The short story Two Turtle Island Doves revisits the island during the same Yummy Santa season. Divorced couple Kelly and Becky Griffin keep falling back into each other's lives and bed, supposedly in search of closure. Becky has something important to say, and their reunion leaves both of them wondering whether their first love might deserve a second chance.

On the Rocks follows Ginger Atkinson, who runs the ferry business left by her father. Ginger is independent, blunt, and more comfortable captaining a boat than fitting anyone's idea of a traditional romantic heroine. When old friend Carter Ridley returns to the island after a painful scandal ends his marriage, their friendship begins to change. Both want a future, but neither is fully sure how to trust one.

Later Turtle Island stories continue the mix of romance, returning characters, and island events. The overall mood is warm, sexy, and social, with characters who cannot avoid their exes, friends, or neighbors for very long.
