Series background & context
Alyson Noรซl's Stealing Infinity, also known as the Stolen Beauty series, mixes time travel, romance, art history, and a school full of secrets. It begins when Natasha Clarke, a teen who has spent much of her life looking after herself, meets the magnetic and frustrating Braxton Darby.
One meeting turns her life upside down.
Natasha is expelled from school and recruited to Gray Wolf Academy, an isolated institution run by the wealthy, enigmatic Arthur Blackstone. It is not a normal boarding school. Its students can "Trip," or travel through time, and their lessons involve historical eras, rare artifacts, elaborate missions, and rules that become more dangerous the more Natasha learns.
At first, Gray Wolf looks like a second chance. Natasha has a place to belong, new friends, and an ability that may explain why she has always felt out of step with everyone else. But Arthur's interest in her is unsettling, Braxton refuses to tell her the full truth, and every trip through time suggests that the academy is built around a much larger plan.
The books move through settings such as Renaissance Italy, Regency England, and 1990s New York City. These trips are not simple sightseeing adventures. Objects can be stolen, history can be disturbed, and a choice made in one era can threaten people in another. Natasha has to work out whom she can trust while looking for answers about her father, her past, and her unusual connection to time.
Stealing Infinity introduces the academy and its central mystery. Ruling Destiny widens the puzzle, sending Natasha deeper into Arthur's network of clues and hidden agendas. Chasing Eternity brings the personal stakes closer to home when Natasha risks traveling to the past in search of her father and the truth about Gray Wolf.
The tone is quick, glossy, and suspicious in the best way. There is a love triangle, but the larger pull is the mystery of who controls time and why. Natasha is not handed easy answers, and the people closest to her often have their own reasons for keeping secrets.
Read these books in order. The story is one continuous arc, and the revelations in later volumes depend on what Natasha discovers at Gray Wolf Academy from the start.
