The Lost Angels series takes Walden's love of fated romance and pushes it into full mythic mode. The backbone of the series is simple enough to grab right away, four powerful archangels were separated from the women created for them, and they have spent millennia searching Earth to find those missing halves of their souls.

The books open with the idea that the archesses were hidden away after jealousy and chaos broke out in heaven.
