Forgotten Gods (Jocelynn Drake) Books in Order

Forgotten Gods returns to the wider fantasy world connected to the Godstone books, but it does not feel like homework. The series opens a fresh arc with new romantic focus, new trouble, and a slightly different cast at the center, even while it still benefits from the history and scale of the earlier world.

At the heart of the setup are Haru, Adrian, and Prince Shey, with missions, dragons, and divine-level problems quickly piling up around them. Haru is exactly the sort of chaotic force Drake enjoys dropping into a tightly wound situation. Compared with the main Godstone arc, Forgotten Gods seems a little more willing to let the romance and banter sit closer to the front, even while the stakes remain high. That makes it easier to slip into if you want fantasy action without losing the relationship thread.
