So the series starts from a strong question, what happens when the state that was supposed to defend civilization can barely govern its own factions?

Tim C Taylor builds the series around people scattered across the Federation's major power blocs. Sergeant Osu Sybutu represents the Legion, the elite force meant to guard the Federation from external enemies.
