Arcadia Creek Books in Order

Arcadia Creek is Stockton's modern small-town Texas series, and it has an easy, inviting rhythm. The official hook is the three Fletcher brothers, but the real draw is the whole community around them.

These books move between family gatherings, local businesses, lingering heartbreak, and the sort of town where everybody knows enough to interfere. The setting is cozy without feeling too precious. People work, argue, make bad assumptions, help each other anyway, and keep running into the same familiar faces.

Each book uses a different romance setup.

Love on Deck starts off a little outside town, on a cruise tied to an elopement, and then folds that fake-dating enemies-to-lovers story back into Arcadia Creek life. Falling in Line goes for second-chance tension when June comes back and Tucker has to decide whether he can risk trusting her again. Recipe for Rivals adds a freshly divorced heroine, two kids, a diner job, and a firefighter hero who loves pushing the wrong buttons for the right reasons.

The connective tissue is strong. Side characters recur, family loyalties matter, and the town keeps its own personality from book to book.

If you want Stockton in contemporary mode, this is one of the best places to start. The romances are clean, funny, and emotionally open, and the series has that nice balance of individual couples and a larger world that keeps pulling you back.
