Two for Joy picks up the unfinished search for Lola's killer. When another friend disappears and a card from the Magpie Society appears, Audrey and Ivy have little time to decide what is real, what has been hidden, and who is still controlling the game. The stakes become more immediate, but the series stays focused on the pair's investigation and their slowly developing trust.
