Sinners & Saints is a dark romantic suspense series built around Frances "Frey" Heywood and Daze Keaton. Daze is protective, volatile, and not always willing to explain what he knows. Their connection develops alongside an investigation into Frey's brother, the people around her father, and the larger forces that benefit from keeping her in the dark.

Rogue Angel continues the story of Frey and Daze rather than starting over with a new couple. The danger grows as Frey faces the part she played in the events around her brother's death, while Daze is pulled back toward the criminal ties he hoped to leave behind. Both characters are forced to decide what they will risk for the truth and for each other.

The tone is angsty, suspenseful, and emotionally rough. There are family secrets, religious control, criminal connections, grief, and threats that close in on the couple from several sides. The romance is dark, and neither protagonist has an easy route to trust.

Start with Sinners and Saints. It establishes Frey's family, Daze's past, and the questions that drive the continuing story. Rogue Angel works best as the next step, once the first book's secrets and cliffhanger have set the stakes.
