Still, reading in order gives you a better sense of the shared supernatural scene and the way Pulkinen keeps building this chaotic dating ecosystem.

If you want paranormal romance with banter, quick pacing, and a strong sense that immortality does not make anybody wiser, this series is a very good bet. It keeps the mood light, the chemistry high, and the mythology flexible enough to be fun without losing the emotional core that makes the romances land.
