Series background & context

Crazed Devotion works best as a two-book emotional arc rather than a standard interconnected series. The focus is on one love story, one long history, and the lingering question of whether time apart changes people enough to make a second chance possible.

The books Always His and Forever Devoted stay close to that idea. Old feelings resurface, past hurt never fully disappears, and the characters have to deal with the fact that separation does not automatically erase love. There is also a strong family thread running through the story, which gives the duet more weight than a simple reunion romance.

What stands out most is the tension between memory and reality. This is not a case of two people picking up exactly where they left off. Years have passed. Choices have been made. Other relationships and a child complicate everything. So even when the emotional pull is obvious, trust still has to be rebuilt the hard way.

If you like second-chance romance that stretches across more than one book, this is the Harms series for that mood. It is personal, emotional, and centered on devotion in the literal sense, not just desire, but the stubborn decision to keep loving when the easier option would be to let go.
