Wilder Adventures (Serena Bell) Books in Order

Wilder Adventures is Serena Bell's big, lively family-business series, set in Rush Creek, Oregon. At the center are the Wilder siblings, a rough-edged, deeply loyal crew who run an outdoor adventure company built around mountains, rivers, boats, camping, and the kind of tourism that leaves you muddy, tired, and happy. The problem is that Rush Creek is changing, and the business has to change with it.

That shift gives the whole series its momentum. In Make Me Wilder, Gabe Wilder is trying to keep the family operation afloat when city consultant Lucy shows up with ideas about weddings, romance packages, and a softer sell. She and Gabe spark immediately, but Lucy's arrival also forces the Wilders to rethink what their future might look like. From there, every book keeps one eye on the love story and one eye on the business.

The romances are built around different siblings and different flavors of trouble. Brody takes his bad-boy reputation and a boat full of awkward guests into Walk on the Wilder Side. Clark and wedding planner Jessa fake a relationship in Wilder With You. Kane gets a life-changing surprise after a Vegas hookup in A Little Wilder. Easton and Hanna turn long-running sparring into something much more serious in Wilder at Last. The setups are playful, but the feelings underneath them are real.

The Wilder family is the main event as much as any single couple.

That is what gives the series its charm. There are teasing brothers, meddling relatives, weddings, group scenes, running jokes, and constant reminders that everybody knows everybody else's business. But Bell does not make the family so cute that the characters lose their edges. Grief, self-doubt, reputation, divorce, betrayal, and fear of settling down all show up here. The books are funny, yes, but they also understand how lonely a person can feel even inside a loud, loving family.

Rush Creek does real work too. The rivers, trails, tents, glamping rigs, boats, and summer events all shape how the couples spend time together and how the business evolves. The tone is warm, sexy, and very readable, with enough emotional weight to keep the stories from floating away on charm alone.

Each romance stands on its own, but this is a great series to read in order if you enjoy watching a whole family grow up a little, loosen up a little, and fall hard one sibling at a time. If you like small-town rom-coms with outdoorsy energy and lots of recurring faces, Wilder Adventures is an easy yes.
