Aria starts wondering why the mysterious man on a ramshackle boat seems more interesting than her perfectly suitable boyfriend in Falling for the Wrong Guy. Ella lands a journalist assignment that leads straight to a rumored curse and a guarded manor owner in Falling for the Grumpy Stranger.

The later books keep changing the flavor while holding onto the same cozy foundation.
