The Prophet deepens the danger as Delilah gets closer to the truth and the central relationship becomes even more tangled. The Church carries everything toward collapse, with secrets, loyalties, and buried crimes all forcing their way into the open. None of these books work as a casual dip-in. They are meant to be read in order, and the emotional pressure builds fast.
