No, Don't Ever Stop

by Marni Mann

2026

Nurse Emily Wren’s on-call visit to Gavin Worthington’s house turns into one night neither plans to repeat. But the guarded billionaire single dad and his young son make walking away harder every day.

Series background & context

The Billionaires of Boston is one of Marni Mann’s newer lanes, and it feels a little cleaner and more streamlined than some of her darker earlier work. The setup is right there in the name: powerful men, big money, Boston connections, and love stories built on secrecy, chemistry, and emotional baggage.

So far the series is a short run of interconnected standalones. A Million Times, Yes pairs a guarded nurse with a former hockey star who is hiding just how wealthy and well known he really is. No, Don’t Ever Stop shifts to a former NFL player, a single dad, and the kind of one-night arrangement that never stays simple. The books share a world rather than one continuous plot, which makes them easy to sample.

If you want recent Marni Mann, this is a good example of where her catalog is now. The stories still have alpha energy and plenty of heat, but they are less interested in darkness for its own sake and more focused on the push and pull of trust. This page is helpful if you want Boston-set billionaire romance without committing to one of the longer family series first.
