Teen Titans (Kami Garcia) Books in Order

Kami Garcia and artist Gabriel Picolo's Teen Titans graphic novels reimagine DC's young heroes as teenagers still discovering who they are. These are not stories about fully formed superheroes already saving the world every week. They begin with memory loss, family pressure, confusing abilities, and the uncomfortable feeling that something is wrong before anyone can explain why.

Teen Titans: Raven introduces Raven Roth after a car accident leaves her without memories. She moves in with her aunt and begins to notice frightening things about herself, including a connection to a past she cannot remember and a force linked to her father, Trigon. The book keeps the supernatural threat close to Raven's everyday life, friendships, school, and the struggle to decide who she can trust.

Teen Titans: Beast Boy follows Garfield Logan, a funny, anxious teenager living with parents who have kept major secrets from him. When Gar starts changing in ways he cannot control, he has to learn the truth about his abilities and the organization that has been watching people like him. Teen Titans: Beast Boy Loves Raven brings Raven and Gar together as both look for answers and try to handle the parts of themselves they are most afraid to show.

They are stronger together, even before they know it.

Later books widen the group. Teen Titans: Robin follows Damian Wayne as he investigates the people experimenting on teenagers with unusual abilities. Teen Titans: Starfire brings Kori Anders into the story, along with her sister Kira and a clinical trial connected to a powerful company. The team-up in Teen Titans: Together asks whether the young heroes can trust each other when the organization they are fighting may also offer solutions to their biggest problem.

The series has an approachable, emotional tone. Romance, friendship, family conflict, disability, identity, and anxiety are part of the characters' lives, not side notes. Picolo's expressive art keeps the books visually warm and immediate, while Garcia gives each hero a voice that feels like a real teenager's rather than a tiny adult in a cape.

Read in order, beginning with Teen Titans: Raven, then Teen Titans: Beast Boy, Teen Titans: Beast Boy Loves Raven, Teen Titans: Robin, Teen Titans: Starfire, and Teen Titans: Together. Each volume has its own central character, but the larger story is about these isolated teens slowly becoming a team.
