Tangled in Texas is Alison Bliss's three-book romantic suspense series. Their story turns on trust, patience, and the hard truth that staying guarded can become its own kind of danger.

In Law of Attraction, single mother Bobbie Jo Weston is trying to turn a rundown chicken farm into a bed-and-breakfast. She agrees to house Seth Landry in return for his handyman help, only to learn that he is much more complicated than the temporary boarder she expected. Seth is a former member of an elite military group and has a dangerous past he cannot fully leave behind. Bobbie Jo has a young son and very good reasons not to trust a man who might disappear.

These books use Texas as more than scenery. City women and newcomers are often pushed into unfamiliar country settings, while local communities, long drives, isolated homes, and practical family connections shape the pressure around the romances. The tone can turn tense when outside threats close in, but it does not lose its sense of fun.
