The Edge Trilogy is T-FLAC with the paranormal turned all the way up. These books follow the Edge brothers, Gabriel, Caleb, and Duncan, who work for the classified psi arm of the organization and bring unusual gifts into already dangerous counterterror missions.

Each brother has his own power and his own problem.

Edge of Danger introduces Gabriel and a mission centered on a stolen invention, telepathic intrusion, and a scientist who knows too much. Edge Of Fear gives Caleb a power that lets him rewrite moments of the past, which is exactly as risky as it sounds. Edge of Darkness follows Duncan into another high stakes battle where magic, terror, and old emotional history all hit at once.

What makes these books fun is the way Adair keeps one foot in thriller mechanics and the other in paranormal romance. The powers are real and important, but they are never there just for decoration. They complicate the mission, expose secrets, and make intimacy itself dangerous. A psychic gift can solve a problem, or open the door to a much worse one.

The trilogy still feels very much like Cherry Adair. The pacing is quick, the attraction is immediate, and the plots do not waste time. But the Edge books add a more mythic, more overtly supernatural energy than the earlier T-FLAC novels. If the main series gives you covert operations with a spark, this subseries gives you covert operations with full psychic voltage.

Readers who want action, magic, and brothers who are both formidable and emotionally doomed in interesting ways should have a good time here. Start with Edge of Danger and read straight through for the full effect.
