Star Trek: Voyager: Spirit Walk Books in Order

Christie Golden's Star Trek: Voyager: Spirit Walk continues the crew's story after Homecoming and The Farther Shore. It is a two-book sequence, Old Wounds followed by Enemy of My Enemy, centered on Chakotay's first mission as captain of Voyager.

Chakotay has finally earned the command he wanted, but Starfleet observers are still watching for signs of his Maquis past. His assignment seems manageable: take displaced colonists back to Loran II and make sure the world is safe for them. His sister Sekaya joins the mission as a spiritual adviser.

Of course, the planet is not simply waiting for settlers.

On Loran II, the crew finds a storm, an abandoned settlement, and clues tied to Chakotay's past. Old Wounds uses the mission to explore trauma left by Cardassian occupation and by the Dominion War, while putting a new captain under real pressure.

Enemy of My Enemy raises the danger when Chakotay and Sekaya are imprisoned beneath the planet's surface and an impostor takes Chakotay's place aboard Voyager. The story brings in a Changeling, the Cardassian scientist Crell Moset, and a threat to the crew that cannot be solved by firepower alone.
