Spy Games spins out of the world of the Psalm 23 Mysteries, but it trades church offices and holiday murders for intelligence work, covert missions, and higher international stakes. The key link is Martin, a CIA officer already familiar to readers of the earlier series, but the tone here is more squarely espionage thriller.
