Savage Hearts is a dark why choose trilogy set in Amanda Richardson's Greythorn universe. Even after Ravenwood Academy is behind them, the characters still live inside the long shadow of who they were there. That gives the books a meaner edge than a standard reunion romance.

There is also a bigger threat running underneath the relationship story. The danger does not stay contained to bedroom games or personal grudges. As the trilogy moves through Savage Hate, Savage Gods, and Savage Reign, outside enemies, buried secrets, and cult-like power structures push the story into darker territory. The romance becomes a found-family bond, but it has to survive real violence and real consequences.

This is very much a read-in-order series. Each book picks up emotional threads from the last one, and the group dynamic only really works when you see how the balance shifts over time. By the end, the trilogy is less about a simple revenge fantasy and more about four damaged people building something fierce and protective together.
