Paranormal Investigations Team is a spin-off from The Ever Chace Chronicles, but it has its own feel from the start. That makes the series feel more intimate than its name might first suggest. Yes, these books involve investigations and cases, but they are just as interested in what the work does to the people handling it. Mates, prophecies, old trauma, grief, and family pressure all show up alongside the external threats.

Norse myth also sits closer to the surface here. Fenrir, Hel, Valkyries, and other myth-linked elements help give the series its own texture, separate from standard paranormal police fiction. The tone is still romantic and action-focused, but there is a mythic thread running under it.
