What starts as a cruel update of Simon's app quickly turns deadly, tying this new game back to what really happened in that original detention.

In One of Us Is Back, the wider Bayview Crew is home for the summer and trying to move on. An ominous billboard announces that it is time for a new game, and when one of their friends disappears, it is clear someone is still obsessed with Simon's legacy. Old enemies, unburied grudges, and fresh threats pull characters from all three books into the same high stakes puzzle.
