Killing Eve Books in Order

Luke Jennings’s Killing Eve books are international spy thrillers built around two women who should be enemies. Villanelle, the name used by Russian assassin Oxana Vorontsova, works for the shadowy organization known as the Twelve. Eve Polastri is an intelligent British intelligence officer who sees patterns other people miss and becomes determined to find her.

The opening material, gathered in Codename Villanelle, sends the pair across Europe and beyond as killings draw Eve closer to Villanelle's employers. The pace is brisk, the danger is often brutal, and both women have strong appetites for getting their own way.

The later books, beginning with Resurrection, continue their story after the television adaptation's finale. Long Shot puts a stolen racehorse at the center of a larger political game, while Medusa turns a luxury-yacht voyage into a deadly job.

Expect sharp cat-and-mouse plotting, dark humor, travel, violence, and a relationship that remains complicated even when the two are on the same side.
