Interstellar Brides: Ascension Saga Books in Order

Interstellar Brides: Ascension Saga is the most serialized branch of Grace Goodwin's Interstellar Brides universe. Instead of one couple per full novel, the saga follows three Earth-raised sisters across nine parts as they discover their connection to the planet Alera and fight for a throne they did not know was theirs.

This is not the spinoff to read out of order.

Trinity, Faith, and Destiny Jones arrive on Alera with a family secret big enough to shake a planet. Their mother is the missing queen, enemies are already moving against the royal line, and the sisters have to learn very quickly how Aleran politics, magic, loyalty, and desire work. They are not just finding mates. They are stepping into a succession crisis.

The first three parts focus on Trinity and Leoron, often called Leo, as he protects the women arriving from Earth and finds himself drawn to the heir. Parts four through six shift to Faith and Thordis Jax, with undercover work inside a powerful household and a mate bond that complicates every careful plan. Parts seven through nine follow Destiny and Vennix, or Nix, with more danger, espionage, and the hunt for the missing queen.

The Alera setting gives Goodwin room for court intrigue that feels different from the military structure of the main series. There are royal symbols, rival factions, hidden enemies, and the pressure of public legitimacy. The romances are still central, but the sisters' bond and the fate of the planet carry the larger arc.

The tone is fast, dramatic, and cliffhanger-friendly. Think romance serial with space royalty, not a collection of totally separate standalones.

Start with Ascension Saga 1 and keep going straight through Ascension Saga 9. If you prefer collected arcs, read the Trinity, Faith, and Destiny groupings in order, but do not skip between sisters. The political mystery and emotional payoffs depend on the sequence.
