Our goal: Build the most true list of best Self Discipline books.
Our process:
1. Search for "best Self Discipline books" and study the top 5 articles.
2. Add only the top books (mentioned 2+ times).
3. Rank the results neatly for you here! 😊
(This process takes a long time, but we do the research so you don't have to!)

There is no one answer to this question since every person has different motivations and tips to achieve discipline. However, some tips and recommendations on how to train yourself to be more self-disciplined may include set personal objectives on a journal, management of those same objectives by breaking them down into smaller pieces, create a "timeline or schedule" (we put this in quotes because it's a fancy way of saying set a deadline for your goal!!), and holding yourself accountable by telling someone, or some motivational people, you trust (maybe even a person coaching you who hopefully already reached your goal and can help you get there). We can go on and on but these success habits and tips are pretty universal in helping you achieve discipline and other things (in fact, you've probably seen them every so often in all the disciplines lists).
Based on all the things from our research, the #1 book about discipline is "No Excuses!" by Brian Tracy.
Not necessarily, like we said before "everyone has different motivations and methods for disciplining themselves". So I'd check 2-3 of these books and taking the best advice from each to build your own bullet-proof self discipline method.
There are many lists on the internet and they all are about the author's opinion. So we thought if we averaged the top opinions only, we'd have a list that's superior. We believe we did a good job at this and succeeded.
There are 15 (each a self-discipline book) in this list.
Our number one rule is "don't try to out-Bezos Bezos". Se we didn't add many features you can already find on Amazon (things like how each book is rated, one click buy, quotes, make reviews, etc...) Our goal is to write the best possible list and article for you (vs being yet another "me-too" page, which doesn't help anyone).
