The story revolves around Ashton Carter, a rich, reckless college senior who has spent years making trouble and leaning into the role everyone expects him to play. He is drawn in three directions at once, toward his best friend Mia, his enemy Brayden, and Drew, the new hockey coach who also becomes his roommate. That setup alone tells you what kind of series this is. The tension is not neat. The feelings are not convenient.

And Ashton is absolutely the problem.
