The Order of the White Hand is a dark fantasy series built around Miller, a young apprentice trying to survive life inside a necromancer order. Miller's mistress sends him across the land to rebuild an alliance that once helped stop that threat, but the mission quickly feels bigger, stranger, and less honest than it first appears. That gives the series its basic drive: a young man in over his head, carrying orders that may hide as much as they reveal.

The second book, Enemies Within, widens the map and deepens the mistrust. Miller arrives in Home's Hearth, the city of the Goddess of Love, hoping for help and finding old mysteries, strained loyalties, and danger moving under the surface. The barriers between worlds seem thinner than anyone expected. The First Gods, long thought gone, are no longer safely distant. Friends inside the Order begin to question one another, and personal bonds become harder to separate from political and magical threats.
