The Jane Eyre Chronicles imagine what might happen after Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre. Joanna Campbell Slan keeps Jane and Edward Rochester at the center, but gives Jane a new role: an observant amateur detective who is not willing to let an easy accusation stand in for the truth.
