The Half Bad Trilogy Books in Order

Nathan is still trying to understand love, family, violence, and the parts of himself that scare him. The companion stories Half Lies and Half Truths add more texture to the same world by stepping sideways into the lives of Michèle and Gabriel, two characters who matter more and more as the series grows.

The tone is dark, fast, and intimate. There is action, but there is also a lot of pressure around identity, prejudice, belonging, and the cost of being marked as different. Green is especially good at writing young people who are angry, loyal, impulsive, and hard to sort into neat moral boxes.
