Soul to Find Books in Order

Soul to Find is Layla Reyne's paranormal romance series, set in a world where magic, shifters, reapers, vigilantes, and dangerous old powers exist alongside ordinary lives. The books link several couples whose relationships are caught up in a wider conflict between Nature and Chaos. Fate matters here, but it does not make anything easy.

The first novel, Icarus and the Devil, introduces Icarus, a man being blackmailed into seducing Adam Devlin, an ex-cop and vigilante known as the Devil. Icarus is supposed to lead Adam into a trap. Paris and the Reaper centers on Paris, a cursed human who can hear lost souls, and Mac, a reaper haunted by the losses he has already carried. Paris wants to prove he can be more than the vulnerable person others see, while Mac fears loving someone he may lose. Their romance unfolds against a conspiracy involving Chaos and the barrier between worlds.

In Atlas and the Traitor, the conflict widens through Atlas, a warlock struggling to find balance, and a coyote shifter who has every reason to distrust him. Their enemies-to-lovers relationship brings unresolved questions about fate, loyalty, Nature, and Chaos closer to the surface. This installment benefits from reading the earlier books first.

Everybody is running from something.

The tone is more openly fantastical than Reyne's FBI series, but the emotional ingredients will feel familiar: capable people carrying old wounds, a found family that grows across stories, high-stakes threats, and intimacy built through trust. Supernatural elements are part of the action rather than just decoration, shaping what each character can do and what they stand to lose.

Start with Icarus and the Devil. Read Jason and the Storm as a companion story, then move to Paris and the Reaper and Atlas and the Traitor. Soul to Find suits readers looking for fated mates, shifters, magic, danger, and queer romances with both tenderness and chaos.
