The same setting gets an adult angle in the Eastwick Mansion Mysteries. A Death at Eastwick follows John Eastwick Jr. after his father's death throws his privileged life into chaos. A Scandal at Eastwick centers on Lia Logan, an aspiring actor forced to return home, while A Betrayal at Eastwick puts former football player Daniel Becker under pressure after a killing at his business launch. Each book uses the Eastwick mansion as a meeting point for money, grudges, and the kind of secrets people would rather keep indoors.

Warman also wrote standalone St. Clair mysteries including A Discovery at Vonville and An Affair at Wolverton. These stories shift the focus to separate families and estates, letting a death, a disputed inheritance, or a missing object expose years of resentment.

In 2022, Warman returned to Charlotte Walters in The Vanishing. Charlotte is now trying to begin again at college, but the discovery of a murdered professor quickly puts her back at the center of rumors and fear. It revisits the earlier books' questions about trust, reputation, friendship, and what happens after a person survives the event that defined them.

Warman's mysteries are built for readers who like a contained setting and a close group of suspects.
