Series background & context

Billionaire's Birthday Club is built around an exclusive island resort that designs secret, carefully tailored birthday celebrations for wealthy clients. The gimmick is fun, but Jenna Brandt uses it to ask what a person who has everything is still missing.

The billionaire guests arrive with money, fame, and carefully controlled public lives. One is a celebrity chef, another has made a fortune in music, and each has reason to doubt that a stranger could care about anything beyond the bank account. The women they meet are not impressed by status alone.

A birthday wish can get complicated.

Each story uses an island celebration as the starting point for an opposites-attract or forbidden-romance setup. The planning creates close quarters, surprises, and opportunities for a couple to see past the role the other person performs in public.

The resort remains a friendly thread between the books, but each installment focuses on a new couple. Readers can begin anywhere, although The Billionaire's Birthday Wish introduces the concept first.

Expect clean contemporary romance, travel-ready scenery, grand gestures with a personal purpose, and characters who discover that love cannot be ordered from a menu or paid for with a contract.
