Angel & Faith: Season 10 picks up with Angel acting as protector of London's Magic Town after magic has been restored and the city has been changed by it. Faith is off on a mission with Deepscan when the story begins, so the series starts with its two leads working separate tracks.

That split matters.

London is not just a backdrop here. Magic Town is a place where the return of magic has remade people, neighborhoods, and everyday rules. Angel is trying to keep order without pretending he fully understands the place, which makes this a strong fit for a character who is always managing guilt, duty, and the fear of becoming something worse.

Faith's side of the story pushes the book outward. Her field work takes her into fresh monster trouble, but she never stays away from Angel's orbit for long. Nadira, Amy, Detective Brandt, and other allies and enemies widen the cast, while the season slowly builds toward the threat of Archaeus and the chaos he brings through Drusilla and a growing vampire problem.

Then Fred and Illyria complicate everything in the best possible way. The book becomes as much about strange family bonds as it is about punching monsters.

That is the real appeal of this run. It keeps the Buffyverse action moving, but it also gives room for guilt, loyalty, damaged friendships, and the awkward work of staying on the side of good after you have failed before. If you like your supernatural comics with crossover energy, emotional baggage, and a lot of messy loyalty, this is where the series lives.
