A Step-Brother Romance Books in Order

A Step-Brother Romance is the Sabrina Paige series that leans hardest into taboo setups, but it does it with humor, banter, and a lot of public chaos. The books are connected more by vibe than by one ongoing plot. Each story follows a different step-sibling pairing, and every couple gets dropped into a situation where staying away from each other would be the smart choice.

In Prick, that means Katherine Harrison, the good-girl daughter of a senator, and Caulter Sterling, the celebrity bad boy she has every reason to avoid. One reckless hookup after graduation would already be complicated enough. Then their parents get engaged, and the whole thing turns into a love-hate disaster played out against campaign-season image management. That mix of private chemistry and public pressure sets the tone for the whole series.

Privacy is not really a thing in these books.

The second novel, Tool, keeps the same push-pull energy but changes the setup. Delaney is stuck back under the same roof as Gaige O'Neal, her arrogant stepbrother, while he recovers from a racing injury. The series likes close quarters, old grudges, and the kind of attraction that makes both people more annoyed because it refuses to go away. This book doubles down on that.

Then Cannon widens the world again. Addison, or Addy, is a country singer under intense scrutiny, and Hendrix "Cannon" Cole is the ex-Marine stepbrother with whom she shares a long and messy history. When family and management decide he should help keep her out of more scandal, the bodyguard angle meets the stepbrother angle, and the series gets a little more emotional without losing the heat.

A Very Dirty Christmas is less a brand-new starting point than a companion piece. It bundles the first three books together and adds extra material, including more time with Kate and Caulter. If you already like the characters, it is a fun bonus. If you are brand new, start with Prick.

What makes this series work is that the taboo premise is only part of the appeal. The books are full of stubborn heroines, filthy-mouthed heroes, fame problems, political families, old resentments, and verbal sparring that turns into something real. If you want contemporary romance that is fast, funny, and openly messy, this is the lane.
