Vainqueur the Dragon Books in Order

Dragon Vainqueur is content with treasure, naps and tormenting adventurers until a would-be thief explains the world’s system of classes and quests. Discovering that hunting monsters can earn rewards, he considers becoming an adventurer with his unwilling human minion.

Having embraced adventuring, Vainqueur now faces the challenge of governing his conquered lands. His human minion Victor struggles to maintain order in their eccentric realm, while old enemies prepare revenge and thieves take an interest in the dragon’s growing hoard.

Learning of legendary cities of gold sends Vainqueur and Victor on a journey around Outremonde in search of treasure and experience. Their ambitions grow, but the fairy lords’ newfound ability to gain levels makes their enemies increasingly dangerous.

Vainqueur must rally the dragons for a final war against the fairy lords, while his trusted minion Victor confronts fatherhood. Protecting their hoard and reaching the highest level will require surviving an adventure with consequences beyond earthly wealth.
