Transformed by Love is a series of contemporary Christian romances about people whose lives have been knocked off course. Because We Cared turns to Sasha Jackson, an environmental scientist working in a divided town, and Brendan Carmichael, a local teacher and youth worker.

The ongoing thread is transformation, not perfection. These people do not suddenly become free of grief, fear, anger, or bad habits. They have to confront the consequences of their choices and decide whether to receive help. Relationships bring pressure because a new love can expose whatever someone has tried hardest to hide.

Faith is a clear part of the emotional stakes. Some characters are committed believers, while others are distant from church or suspicious of what faith can offer. The stories make room for prayer, repentance, reconciliation, and community support without ignoring the practical problems the characters still face.
