The Vilokan Asylum of the Magically and Mentally Deranged Books in Order

The theft of Eden's Cauldron of Rebirth brings defeated villains back to life and joins them against Cain. A patient may offer a solution, but accepting her help would force him across an ethical boundary at a terrible personal cost.

New patients bring mysterious snakes into Cain's asylum, awakening powers in him and Abel that others do not share. As their abilities grow, Cain fears he is confronting the same temptation that once destroyed his parents' innocence.

After trying to change the past, Cain wakes as a patient in the asylum he once ran. With everything he loves apparently gone, he must determine whether he is dreaming or trapped in a reality he cannot accept.

The biblical Cain now works as a psychiatrist, managing his werewolf curse while treating supernatural patients. When a newly admitted necromancer summons his murdered brother Abel, professional duty forces him into a literal confrontation with his oldest crime.

Vampires sent to assassinate Cain inherit his curse and become wolves, leaving him responsible for controlling his would-be killers. As their ancient sire pursues him, the transformed coven faces divided loyalties between its vampire maker and its new alpha.

The Witch of Endor threatens the patients in Cain's care, pushing him beyond questions of restraint and professional ethics. Determined to protect them, the werewolf psychiatrist turns his attention toward killing an enemy who should already be dead.
