A high school girl awakens in an unfamiliar world as a tiny spider. Trapped in a dungeon populated by creatures far stronger than herself, she must learn how to survive with an unexpected body and limited abilities.

The reincarnated spider has grown adept at battling monsters and turning them into meals. Confidence sends her into unfamiliar territory, where a huge dragon presents a challenge that her newly developed fighting skills may not overcome.

After another evolution, the spider becomes so formidable that potential meals flee whenever she approaches. Hunger complicates her progress through the labyrinth, while the earth dragon Araba remains one opponent unlikely to run away.

The spider escapes the Elroe Labyrinth and heads toward human territory, only to face an alarming family reunion. Her powerful mother proves a greater threat than the dragons she fought, making survival outside the dungeon equally uncertain.

Following her confrontation with Mother, the spider prepares to face the Demon Lord. Her increasing strength attracts unwanted attention, forcing her into encounters with humans even as she would prefer to focus on the looming battle.

Now an arachne, the former spider travels with the Demon Lord, a reincarnated baby, and a troubled vampire guardian. Feeling excluded from the group's social life, she also wonders what her other minds are doing.

An encounter with giant ants accidentally awakens ancient weapons during the journey to demon territory. With the planet threatened, unlikely allies join forces, leaving the spider responsible for tackling the most dangerous machine of all.

Becoming a god strips the former spider of her familiar statistics, skills, and stamina. Dependent on her companions as they approach demon territory, she faces another complication when a murderous ogre blocks their route through the mountains.

The spider creates miniature copies of herself and dispatches them around the world to collect intelligence. Their discoveries promise to help the Demon Lord handle an approaching rebellion, even as greater questions about the world remain.

Chosen to defend humanity since childhood, the hero struggles with the memory of his first failed mission. Determined to deserve his title, he relies on his friends while searching for ways to protect the people around him.

The Demon Lord launches a vast assault on the fortresses along humanity's frontier. As human defenders resist, the spider watches the battle unfold while waiting for the hero's arrival, a crucial part of the wider plan.

Attempts to alter the world's System fail to remove the Hero title, which passes to Yamada. His journey with other reincarnations toward the elf village complicates the demon army's invasion plans and prompts another approach to Sariel.
