Rough Riders Legacy Books in Order

Rough Riders Legacy picks up where the original family saga leaves off and turns toward the next generation. The connective tissue is still the McKay and West world, but the perspective shifts younger, which gives the books a slightly different energy.

The key starting point is Unbreak My Heart, the story of Sierra McKay and Boone West. If you read Gone Country, you already know there is history there. Legacy cashes in on that long buildup and shows what happens when teenage feelings, old mistakes, and adult lives collide years later.

That is really the point of this series. It is not trying to replace Rough Riders so much as extend it. Family reputation still matters. So do old grudges, old stories, and the fact that the younger characters grew up surrounded by some very big personalities and very complicated love stories.
