Rise, My Minions! Books in Order

A college student falls into an open grave and awakens in a sinister world, where an academy trains him in forbidden magic. Mastering necromancy offers extraordinary power, but failure could leave him serving others even after death.

Greg rises rapidly among his academy’s necromancers, but talent offers little protection against ruthless teachers and ambitious rivals. As conspiracies threaten the school from within and outside, he must rely on the companions bound to his soul.

Settling into life as a gifted necromancer reveals increasingly disturbing secrets about Greg’s academy. When a classmate’s soul becomes lost during astral travel, rescuing her risks his own spirit and punishment from powerful figures concealing dangerous agendas.

Falsely accused of murdering a council member, Greg faces a trial where execution would only begin his punishment. Proving his innocence requires exposing an enemy conspiracy and rallying living and undead allies against the academy’s hidden threats.

Greg prepares to take the offensive against the Earth Mages and the god they serve. Victory will require him to rally his fellow Dark Mages, command undead armies and lead his allies into a deadly confrontation.

The fall of their lichlord leaves the necromancy academy exposed to attack from rival magical schools. Greg must find Revarian's hidden phylactery and bring him back before their enemies exploit the loss of their leader.

Greg discovers a conspiracy that could destroy the Dark Mages and leave their academy defenceless. To revive their lost leader, he and his coven must seek a hidden phylactery in the realm's most dangerous territory.

Greg and the Dark Mages race their fire-wielding enemies to recover Revarian's phylactery. As a final battle approaches, the gods of the Endless Abyss offer overwhelming power at a price that could endanger everything he values.
