New Beginnings Family Saga Books in Order

Widow Blaire Beechy sells her possessions to take her children to California during the gold rush. A wagon master’s rule against unaccompanied women demands a difficult choice before the family can begin its dangerous journey west.

After crossing the continent, Ambrose Lee and Blaire build a hotel in gold rush Auburn. Their new community brings fresh difficulties, while William Farnsworth’s return to England creates troubles that reach across the ocean.

Pioneers who reached California on successive wagon trains continue building lives in Auburn. As earlier arrivals and newcomers establish a growing community, family relationships and fresh challenges shape their efforts to make a lasting home.
