Neither This, Nor That Books in Order

The first wave of stories circles men like Twisted, Po'Boy, Retro, and Ragman, then later expands to characters like Wildman and Einstein. The southern setting matters here. These books feel hotter, dustier, and more close-knit than a big-city MC series. The language is more rooted. DeMora also lets the series play with different relationship shapes, which gives it a little extra range. Shelter My Heart, for example, centers Po'Boy, Wrench, and Crissy in a story that is much more interested in emotional fit than in neat appearances.

Treading the Traitor's Path pushes into betrayal and balance. Trapped by Fate on Reckless Roads and Tangled Threats on the Nomad Highway make loyalty feel both noble and dangerous. Thunderstruck survives as a retired title, later expanded into Tarnished Lies and Dead Ends.
