Series background & context

Moose Village moves Kelly Elliott into upstate New York, in a small town tucked into the Adirondack foothills. The series begins with This Moment and continues through This Feeling, This Memory, and This Heart. Across those books, Elliott mixes returning locals, family businesses, strange secrets, military backgrounds, first responders, fake dating, and even surrogacy, while keeping the town itself tight, nosy, and impossible to resist.

What makes Moose Village stand out is its balance. It can be funny and charming one minute, then unexpectedly emotional the next. A mysterious newcomer working in a bakery, an ex's older brother, a life-changing favor between friends, and a romance shaped by illness all fit under the same umbrella because the town gives everything a shared rhythm. If you want Kelly Elliott outside Texas and Montana, but still writing community-centered romance with strong crossover energy, Moose Village is a very easy series to settle into.
