Montana Confidential Books in Order

Montana Confidential mixes cowboy imagery with secret-agent suspense, and Julie Miller's Secret Agent Heiress is a good example of how well she handles that combination. By day the heroes look like ranch men. By night they are specialized operatives with lives built on secrecy.

Vincent Romeo expects to rescue a spoiled socialite and be done with it. Instead he gets Whitney MacNair, a woman with more nerve than he planned for and real reason to fear the people stalking her. The Montana setting gives the book room to breathe, but the story itself stays focused on pursuit, protection, and the risks of falling for someone in the middle of an operation.

If you like western flavor without leaving romantic suspense behind, this is a fun Julie Miller stop.
