Series background & context

Kings of Carnage MC is a connected motorcycle-club romance world with stories by several authors. Sapphire Knight's books in the setting focus on members and families whose romantic lives are tied to the rules, dangers, and fierce loyalty of the club.

Bash follows the club's vice president after his motorcycle collides with Savannah Mae. Their meeting is far from graceful, but Bash quickly sees Savannah as someone worth protecting. She has secrets of her own, though, and the relationship becomes a test of whether two people with difficult histories can build something steadier together.

The club always notices when one of its own is in trouble.

Sterling shifts to the next generation. Bash's son is prospecting for the club, and his feelings for Leigh, the president's daughter, make a familiar biker-world problem even more intense. Their romance brings family expectations and club hierarchy directly into the path of what they want.

Tyrant introduces another Kings of Carnage vice president. He encounters a woman hitchhiking on the road and recognizes that she is running from someone dangerous. Her fear calls to his own darker instincts, and he becomes determined to protect her, even if he has to become the villain to everyone threatening her.

The setting is rough, but these books are interested in the people behind the patches. Club positions matter, yet the emotional core is found family, second chances, protection, and the risk of trusting someone with the parts of yourself you usually keep guarded.

Readers can begin with Bash for Sapphire Knight's first Kings of Carnage story. Sterling follows naturally for its family connection, while Tyrant offers another entry into the wider club world. Expect possessive biker heroes, capable heroines, danger from outside the clubhouse, and romances shaped by what the club members will do for family.
