1

A warning call reaches mercenary commander Theo Atkinson during the opening hours of the outbreak. With the undead threat spreading rapidly, he and his men have little time to secure Hilton Head Island before their intended stronghold is overwhelmed.

2

A fast-spreading infection turns the dead into dangerous attackers at Hilton Head, forcing siblings Dante and Grace into a desperate alliance. Surviving the island resort requires confronting threats from other people as well as the growing numbers of undead.

3

Grace and Troy are left dependent on the QXR Group as its mercenaries work to secure Hilton Head from the undead. Their experience soon makes clear that the infected are not the only danger threatening civilians on the island.

4

Having lived through the outbreak’s first day, Dante, Ace and Lily leave relative safety for a rescue mission in nearby Beaufort. Their attempt to help others risks everything the small group has already endured to survive.

5

Realizing that outside help is not coming, Dante and his companions leave to search for other survivors. The mission takes their group beyond its existing shelter and forces them to confront the isolation shaping their response to the outbreak.

6

Zombies remain a serious danger on Hilton Head, and Grace and Troy are sent out with QXR’s civilian squad. Another hazardous assignment exposes the group to the risks involved in securing an island where the outbreak is far from contained.

7

QXR mercenaries discover the location where Dante and his companions are sheltering. With the group exposed, Dante and Ace must take drastic action to protect everyone else, confronting a human threat as immediate as the undead surrounding them.

8

Supplies at the school shelter are running low, forcing Dante to lead a raid across the river into Savannah. The survivors must leave their refuge and confront the city’s dangers to obtain what they need to keep going.

9

Most zombies have been removed from Hilton Head, but Grace’s team receives another dangerous assignment beyond the island. Securing goods for a wealthy resident takes them away from the improving local situation and into hazards that have not been cleared.

10

Increasingly impatient to free Grace from QXR, Dante forces the issue by leading a small reconnaissance team toward the mercenaries. Assessing the strength of their captors becomes a dangerous step in turning his determination into a workable rescue plan.

11

Dante’s raid provokes retaliation from Theo Atkinson, who dispatches No Name and a team to eliminate him and his allies. The survivors now face an organized pursuit alongside the continuing dangers of life in the outbreak-stricken Lowcountry.

12

The arrival of newcomers coincides with the discovery of badly needed generators. Grace and her team are sent into another fight to obtain the equipment, confronting the continuing danger attached to securing resources in the devastated Lowcountry.

13

After weeks of isolation, Dante’s survivors establish contact with another substantial group. The encounter changes the conditions of their struggle to endure the outbreak, opening a new stage beyond the limited circle they have relied on so far.

14

A recent tragedy leaves the survivors struggling to recover, but events in Savannah demand an immediate response. The group must confront another dangerous situation before they have fully absorbed their losses, continuing the effort to survive in the Lowcountry.

15

Former professional athlete Kenny joins a captive civilian work force clearing another zombie stronghold, hoping to contribute something useful. Meanwhile, No Name identifies an opportunity and begins a dangerous scheme, adding another uncertainty to an already hazardous mission.

16

Expecting an approaching confrontation with QXR mercenaries, Terrell and Dante lead a search into rural Georgia. Finding somewhere safe to retreat becomes the objective, giving the group a chance to prepare before the conflict they fear becomes unavoidable.

17

Terrell, Coleman and Dante undertake a dangerous raid on the Parris Island military base. At the same time, Lily leads a separate group toward trouble on the bridge, dividing the survivors’ attention between simultaneous operations in the outbreak’s aftermath.

18

The survivors begin their high-risk effort to free Grace and other civilians held by QXR. Plans become action as the rescue force moves against the mercenaries, placing the captives’ future at the center of the continuing Lowcountry struggle.

19

The Lowcountry survivors face the consequences of their rescue operation as the series reaches its conclusion. The immediate struggle continues beyond the attempt itself, bringing the group’s conflict and efforts to protect its people into a final stage.
