Borealis Investigations Books in Order

Newly together, North and Shaw investigate an attack on Shaw’s former boyfriend. Police obstruction points toward a wider conspiracy, and the return of a notorious serial killer threatens both their lives and the future they have finally begun building.

Private detectives North and Shaw face financial ruin when a new client hires them to stop a blackmailer. Investigating the scheme draws them into political and police corruption, while concealed feelings threaten the friendship holding their agency together.

North and Shaw investigate the disappearance of a prominent figure who runs a home for LGBTQ teenagers. His troubling past and subsequent murder expose dangerous connections, while the case revives memories of the serial killer who once nearly killed Shaw.

This collection follows North and Shaw through smaller investigations and everyday moments around their first cases. Disruptive bar patrons, missing goats, a barking dog and the challenges of caring for a puppy test their partnership away from major crimes.
