A Japanese businessman is seized during a delivery job and abandoned by his employer. The incident brings him into the orbit of the Lagoon Company and launches his break from corporate life.

    Chapter 0Volume 1
  2. Story arc 2

    Chase for Ring-Ding Ships

    Chapter 1Volume 1
  3. Story arc 3

    Rasta Blasta

A contract involving a kidnapped child draws the crew into conflict with an armed extremist group. The job tests Rock’s assumptions about rescue, responsibility, and the violence surrounding Roanapur.

    Chapters 2–4Volume 1
  4. Story arc 4

    Das Wieder Erstehen Des Adlers

The crew is hired to recover a valuable artifact, placing them between competing criminal interests. Revy and Rock confront an adversary whose worldview sharpens their ongoing ideological friction.

    Chapters 5–8Volume 2

    Chapters 9–10Volume 2

    Bloodsport Fairy Tale

  7. Story arc 7

    Goat, Jihad, Rock'N Roll

A delivery for the Hong Kong Triad puts the crew amid international intrigue and armed militants. Rock’s efforts to negotiate a humane outcome strain against the ruthless logic of the assignment.

Rock returns to Japan as a translator for Hotel Moscow, becoming involved in a yakuza succession conflict. The homecoming forces him to measure his former identity against the life he has chosen.

    Chapters 22–37Volumes 4–5
  9. Story arc 9

    Greenback Jane

A skilled counterfeiter seeks protection in Roanapur, drawing the Lagoon Company into a volatile job. The arc gives Benny a more active role while rival criminals compete for valuable information.
