She is fresh out of college, trying to get her footing in architecture, and suddenly face to face with Grayson Cole, her older sister's friend and her new boss. That setup gives the second book a different energy. It is more about first jobs, confidence, ambition, and what happens when attraction shows up exactly where it should not.

What ties these books together is not plot machinery. It is family. The Heart sisters are connected by history, loyalty, and that messy mix of admiration and frustration siblings know well.
